We are looking for an Employee Experience coordinator to join our team.

As our Employee Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to influence the employee experience throughout the entire employee cycle in many areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute innovative creative and relevant yearly global experience plans in accordance with the organizational culture and needs
  • Manage and oversee the global annual welfare budget
  • Execute every aspect of the company's welfare events
  • Responsibility for the wellbeing experience of the employees through providing updates solutions in various fields of welfare , birthday gifts, company celebrations, fun days, employee volunteer and more
  • Working on employee branding
  • Creativity, design sense & ability to think outside the box
  • Administrate the Onboarding/Offboarding of new employees
  • Working with all kinds of vendors

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in a similar position.

· Knowledge of working with Excel - Gantt files, etc.

· High interpersonal communication skills

· High time management skills & ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

· Ability to work in both Hebrew and English - must

· Broad understanding of human resources processes and the ‘life cycle’ of an employee.

· Strong organizational skills
