XM Cyber is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in providing top-notch solutions to safeguard businesses from cyber threats. We are seeking an experienced manager to manage our Management Information Systems (MIS) that support business-related services across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations departments. - Manage and oversee the IS responsible for supporting various business systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, DealHub, NetSuite, Outreach, Bamboo, Hibob, ZoomInfo, Gong, and more.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategies for system renewals, user management, and support.
- Budget owner and responsible for planning the annual budget for IS .
- Drive project management for system integrations and automation, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the company's information systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess their specific needs and tailor solutions to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's information systems landscape.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth system implementations and upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to continually enhance our information systems capabilities.
- At least 7 years of experience in information technology leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
