About The Position
XM Cyber is looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader to be responsible for successfully
launching new solutions into the market, helping create demand and ensuring that sales, marketing
and customer success are consistent on messaging.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you ou will manage a team that includes product marketers,
content marketers and sales enablement and help build a world-class product marketing function
including the creation of differentiated product messaging, sales tools, effective marketing programs
and sales enablement content to support the GTM strategies. You will be the product evangelist and
work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, joint value propositions
with technology alliances and enable sales to position and sell our platform across multiple
personas.
This position is ideal for someone who’s a builder at heart and has a proven track record as a B2B
product marketing leader.
What you’ll do:
Strategy: you’ll build and execute, through your team, a product marketing strategy to help
improve the success of our solutions in the market.
Management: lead, develop and inspire a team of product marketers, content marketers
and sales enablement.
Product Champion: help inform the overall marketing strategy with valuable product
marketing intelligence. Be the evangelist, internally and externally, for our solution and be a
pulse on the market to educate key stakeholders.
Customer Research: build detailed personas and gain a deep understanding of the markets
we serve to help inform sales and marketing activities.
Competitor Intelligence; build and keep up to date a competitor comparison matrix. Using
this intelligence to inform new product development and marketing tactics.
Product Messaging: using customer research and competitor intelligence, develop
compelling product positioning and messaging, including differentiators and use cases.
Product Launches: Develop product launches that differentiate XM Cyber and enforce its
value through creative presentations, collateral, website content, white papers and
playbooks.
Analyst relations: Own analyst relations and maintain regular briefings with key industry
analysts to keep them up to date on XM Cyber’s progression and success.
GTM: work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and support the go-to-market
strategy.
Requirements
Requirements:
Cyber security experience pre requisite.
10+ years of B2B enterprise product marketing experience with proven managerial
experience
Strong technical background (product management background – advantage)
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into real-world value for target audiences
and build an effective and engaging buyer journey that increases awareness and drives
demand generation.
Customer-centric mindset with in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity buyer persona,
market dynamics and a deep understanding of customer pains and the way they buy.
Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills
Organized, team player, works well cross-functionally
